Georgetown beat Louisville on Saturday and won the conference. ND and Louisville tied for second, with Louisville getting the #2 seed because of their win over the Irish.

Given the above facts, and the fact that Louisville has 7 losses (some of them really bad), I don't believe there is any justification in giving them a #2 seed ahead of the Hoyas.
